This site
This site describes our real estate content services. It is informational and does not itself process payments or create a binding contract. Any engagement is confirmed separately, in writing, once scope and pricing are agreed.
Free sample edit
Where offered, a free sample edit is provided at our discretion based on footage you share with us. It does not obligate either party to a further engagement. Footage you send us for a sample edit remains yours; we don't reuse it for any purpose beyond producing that sample without your permission.
Paid engagements
Scope, pricing, delivery timelines, and revision terms for any paid work are agreed directly with you before work begins, typically over WhatsApp or a call. Those specific terms take precedence over this general page for that engagement.
Intellectual property
Once a project is paid for in full, the finished deliverable is yours to use. We may, unless you ask us not to, reference the type of work (not confidential business details) in our own portfolio or case studies.
Limitation of liability
We aim for every delivery to meet the standard described on this site. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that specific project.
