Karv Realty: Site-Visit Enquiries Went From 41 To 132 A Month

Harsh Kyada, Founder · August 17, 2026

A 3.2x increase across two project launches, measured against their own Meta Ads Manager data.

Karv Realty came to us with a familiar problem: reels going out, reach numbers looking fine, and a phone that wasn't ringing to match. Across two project launches, we rebuilt their reel strategy and ad account from the ground up, and site-visit enquiries went from 41 to 132 a month, a 3.2x increase, measured against their own Meta Ads Manager data.

The Numbers
  • Site-visit enquiries/month: 41 → 132
  • Change: 3.2x increase
  • Timeframe: across two project launches
  • Reporting source: client-reported Meta Ads Manager data

What we changed

Reels rebuilt around the first three seconds. The previous content led with the property: a slow pan across the lobby, the amenities, the view. Buyers decided whether to keep watching before any of that landed. We rewrote every script to open with a specific, tested reason to care: location, price point, or a hook tied to what Ahmedabad buyers actually ask about first.

Ad tuning that never stopped. Volume without a plan was the original mistake: reels posted regularly with no category coverage, burning reach without converting it. We watched the ad account weekly, cutting audiences that produced clicks without producing calls, and doubling down on the creative and targeting combinations that were.

Reel mix rebuilt around real buyer decisions, not posting frequency. The jump from 41 to 132 didn't come from posting more. It came from covering the four decisions a buyer actually makes before enquiring: is this in my budget and area, does it look like the brochure says, has anyone actually bought here, and what happens if I call right now.

Why it matters

132 enquiries a month isn't a vanity number: it's a pipeline a sales team can actually work. The same budget that produced 41 leads under the old approach produced more than three times as many once the creative and the ad account were run as one system instead of two disconnected efforts.
